About

The Central San Joaquin Valley Cybersecurity Consortium was created with a cooperative mindset during a collaborative project between California State University, Fresno, and Fresno City College, culminating in a regional summit held at Fresno City College in November, 2024. 

Our first regular quarterly meeting was held at CSU, Fresno, on March 12, 2025 with over 100 registered attendees. Guest speakers included teachers, industry partners, and keynote speaker Edward Bombita, Cal-CSIC Commander (also a Fresno State Alum!)

The consortium brings together educators, administrators, industry professionals, businesses, law enforcement, government agencies, and community partners to strengthen cybersecurity education, workforce development, and community resilience across the region.

We welcome participation from anyone working to advance cybersecurity capacity and opportunity in the Central Valley.
